Hi Vishal,

for selection role, role should be imported first using BRM else you wont be able to select the roles.

however system can be assigned directly.

Workflow must be defined and activated.

Check the audit log for better understanding the workflow.

thanks,

The "Add" will always open up a search option for either a "system" or a "role". It will not add a blank row at the bottom as this is how the request form is designed to work.

Hope that helps.

Hi Vishal,

Add button will have options shown based on ACTIONS tagged to your Request Types.

For example if your request Type NEW ACCOUNT has

Create User and Assign Object then you will see both SYSTEM and ROLE option.

Only Create User then you will see onlySYSTEM option.

Only Assign Object then you will see only ROLE option.

So, options you want to see under ADD button are based on actions in your request type

Let me know if you have any queries.

Madhu.

Hello Vishal,

The User can either request for roles or he can request for a System.

Now, What else do you think a user can ask for by clicking on "ADD"?

Hi Vishal,

As Madhu Suggested , did you mapped Action against Request type in GRC?

This is done in SPRO-->Access Control-->User Provisioning-->Define Request type

Against New account Request type , Select action as  Create User and Assign Object.

Hope it will help..

Thanks,
