I am on windows 7 and in chrome...when I click on the login button a dark screen comes...it keeps going on and on.and nothing happens..frustrating...it is the same with ...firefox..I installed the passport..and service.sap.com works fine...I tried installing the latest jre 8 and now downgraded again to jre 7.45 because I read some where it might be due to that...Safari seem to login..but it also hands after loging in.

This is for logging to scn.sap.com.  I don't get login window when I click on logon. I just get gray modal window.

Have you tried with IE ? If same issue suggest you to test this on some other device.

Have you tried on some other host with same setup,this might be an issue with OS as well.Please confirm
