Hi Experts,
We have some sales agreement that will change the payment terms of sales order when the customer buy more than 8 bikes or more than USD 10,000.
There are several rules that can change the payment terms if the conditions is applied.
I found that we can do some custom program to do it via user exit MV45AFZZ.
But before i do that i want to make sure that SAP don't have standard feature for that.
Please share with me how this can be done in SAP.
Regards,
Leonardo
Hi
You are right. SAP doesn't have any standard solution for this. You can maintain a Z table with payment and all other information and validate order quantity or value with that Z table determine payment term accordingly. This is simple and easy solution for such requirement.

Hi,
Standard functionality will not suitable to your requirement ,check with User exit_save_document
where you write a logic change terms of payment if Net value of sales order greater than 10,000 USD
OR for the Material number(Bike related) Order quantity is greater than "8" under MV45AFZZ.
Thanks,
Krishna.

Hi Leonardo,
in your case I would go for userexit MV45AFZZ. The other alternative I´m thinking about (maintain payment terms while maintainig price conditions - yes, there are some fields there) would be much more difficult to implement.
