SAP Lumira Version 1.25 cannot connect to SAP BW Bex Query

I recently updated SAP Lumira desktop to version 1.25 .

I noticed that the connection to SAP BW Bex query is disabled.

Is there a patch or update I am missing?

I was able to access Bex queries on version 1.19.

Any input on this is greatly appreciated.

Did you go up to 1.25.1?

Where is your saplogon.ini file?

Could you use the camera icon to share a screen shot?

Hi Tammy,

Yes, the current version is 1.25.1 Build 23.

My Saplogon.ini file is located at C:\SAP_Documents folder.

I am using SAP GUI logon 720.

Your SAP Gui 720 is out of maintenance; please upgrade it to 740

We didn't roll out SAP GUI 740 yet.But I tried it in 730 and it works.

In addition to SAP GUI upgrade suggested my Tammy, I also figured that my Lumira Desktop version was a Trial version and it had expired.

Working with my BO admin in installing my licensed version.
