Diagnostic agent not connected in solution manager

i am going to configure the solution manager system preparation but facing some problem in 5.4 and 6.6

not able to connect the diagnostic agent ple help i have attached some screen shot for your

Hi,

Please assign all roles to users WS_INTERN and WS_EXTERN. (including Java stack user). Try with super user access.

I have rase the OSS Message in sap

advise by sap i have change the paramter ume.login.guest_user.uniqueids

By default set user Guest . i have change the value instead Guest to J2ee_guest

Problem is resolved .

Connect diag agent directly to solman using below script/

smdsetup managingconf hostname:"your solution manager host name" port:"XXXX" user:"smd_admin" pwd:"xxxx"

Have you checked 1822831 - Web Service Soap Errors in solman_setup as suggested in the screenshot .

this not already check as per notes all status green and user not locked means all setting set but problem is same .
