MSS user is unable to open up promotion requests when clicking on items in inbox (UWL)

Dear Experts,

We have a user who has been the regular MSS role we have assigned throughout the company, but this user is unable to review the promotion request (Adobe form) in her inbox. When the user clicks on it a blank window is displayed. Can you kindly suggest what might the cause of the issue be? Thank you!
