MSS user is unable to open up promotion requests when clicking on items in inbox (UWL)

Dear Experts,

We have a user who has been the regular MSS role we have assigned throughout the company, but this user is unable to review the promotion request (Adobe form) in her inbox. When the user clicks on it a blank window is displayed. Can you kindly suggest what might the cause of the issue be? Thank you!

is it happening to this user only? did you check with different browsers etc too to confirm Please do a HTTP trace to see what exactly is going on? or any error is there in default trace etc

Hello, Sidharth. Yes it is happening for this user only. When I copy the user's access to another ID it works, but for this user it gives an error. Your help would be highly appreciated!
