Rule ID GRAC_MSMP_DETOUR_SODVIOL - Error while evaluating routing rule

Hello All,

I need urgent help on the Detour Path Issue.

My Requirement is below:

1) First Approver - Manger

2) Second Approver - Role Owner

If SOD conflict then it should be routed to mitigation Controller.

My MSMP work flow is working perfectly fine when I am not using detour path. But once I use the Detour path ( GRAC_MSMP_DETOUR_RULE_SODVOL) it giving error.

I am also getting very weird log messages which i am not able to understand

Hi Bathi,

I have gone through the documents. But in my earlier response, Issue is not with workflow but with

Class CL_GRAC_REQUEST_RULE_MAPPING conversion from DDIC GRAC_S_REQUEST_MSMP_LINEITEM to GRAC_S_REQUEST_RULE_LINE failed

it is becoz of missing authorization in WF-BATCH user
