BADI Retraction IR_DATA empty

Hi We do all the step in the document to retract Budget in BPC to move to ECC. No data is transfert to the BAPI the field IR_DATA is empty. I know few users here was able to retract data. How do you fix it ( In UJD_RETRACT - RETRACT )

Please give us more info on how you set it up and what package you running and what BADI have you created, what parameter did you pass, etc.

I Already check that. We do the same in BPC10 NW I received coding from an other user here who was able to extract, But in mY case the field is INITIAL
