SMGW not possible - error during communication

Hi,

when starting transactiom SMGW I get the following error:

Longtext:

Error during communication (PSAP001P21.powerentity.com / sapgw01)

Message no. GW014

Starting gwmon on OS-level also doesn't work:

c:\usr\sap\P21\DVEBMGS01\exe>gwmon -gwhost psap001p21 -gwserv sapgw01

GwMonDisplayConnTbl2 failed, rc=-1

Any ideas?

We are using Kernel 7.40 Patch #79

Hi ,

Please check the gateway log file dev_rd in work dir.

If possible can you restart the system.
