Voucher/Coupon in IC ERP Sales Order

Hello,

we would like to use Voucher/Coupon in integrated ERP Sales Order.

We have created a Campaign with Coupon Scenario "A - Anonymous Voucher"

It contains an "Identical Voucher Code".

When creating an ERP Sales Order, I do not see any field where I could insert this Code.

Do you know if it is possible to use Voucher/Coupon with ERP Sales Order at all?

PS: we have disabled the IC Interaction Record which is not necessary until now.

Hi Didier,

The standard function do not support the campaign or coupon ID manually entered in the SD sales order. Only CRM support this field. However, the CD condition type replicated to ERP side will be determined automatically and apply the PR or BO condition generated by campaign or TPM.

do you mean that Coupon and voucher are note supported with ERP Sales Order?

That it only works with CRM Sales Order?

I have searched extensively to insert the coupon id somewhere in CRM. Do you know where I can insert it when I am the IC Agent? Would it be the Interaction Record or in the CRM Sales Order?
