Hi experts,

I am not able to connect to my sap system, i have the following error:

what can i do to correct this problem?

Hi Amine,

It might have two issue:

1. SAP system might be down.

2 . Its might be issue with the network as well.

You can try to do telnet from the local system.

telnet <hostname> sapdp00

I did stop and restrat again, everything is fine.

But what was the cause of this?

You need to check the log file , old file dev_w0 , can find the reason for sysetm down.

Hello,

We need the dev_disp, dev_rd, dev_icm and some dev_w?? trace files to see why the Dispatcher was down.

Now that you have restarted the system, the files we need should be the ".old" ones.

I tried to restart it, but now way.

Hi Amine,

Your sap system is down , as per screenshot attahced.

Please try to complete stop and start it again.

if still it is down please check the log in work dir dev_disp,dev_w0,dev_ms...

PS please ensure database is up an drunning.
