myssocntl page coming blank

Hi all,

I have this problem: while opening below page, this page is simply displaying blank.

http:/<Fully Qualified Host Name>:50012/sap/public/myssocntl?sap-client=<client number>

I have checked the corresponding service /default_host/sap/public/myssocntl in SICF and its already active.

Apart from this I am able to open other links and able to perform the required transaction.

Anybody already faced this this problem?? Please provide your expoert solution.

Check whether the FQDN and port are maintained in the services of SMICM transaction.

the services in smicm sees as follow:

Protokoll     Servicename/Port

HTTP           50012

HTTPS         44312

This is the standard behaviour and myssocntl is used to transfer the authentication from SAPGUI session to browser session.
