How to have a fix schedule line date in the sales order

Hi SD Experts,

I have a requirement where for a specific sales organisation ,when ever sales order is entered .

The schedule line date should be 1 day + Requested delivery date.

But what should happen if you do not available stock on this date? In that case, it should not be possible to have such a date

Hi Noel,

The requirement here is that stock will always be there so it is not required to calculate schedule line date based on availability check rules.. it should be  1 day+ requested delivery date for a particular ordertype say ZOR  and a sales org jp01.

In that case, you can just put "lead time in days" = 1 in VOV8. This will mean that the requested delivery date is also tomorrow (today + 1). If the stock is always available, then it should be confirmed for tomorrow (assuming you have not maintained any loading time or pick/pack time in your shipping point in OVLZ)
