Leave Approval Fiori Application - Could not start the app due to a configuration problem

Hi Experts,

We are trying to configure the Standard Fiori application for Leave Request Approval and we have assigned the standard role to add the tile to the launchpad.

When we try to open the application we get the error - Could not start the app due to configuration problem.
