We have a user who is unable to add activities via their IPad. When adding new activity, meeting, call etc, it won't save the information entered. It comes up as 'failed to add activity'. This happens on both current accounts/BP's and Leads.
Has anyone ever come across this before?

Did you find a solution for this problem. I had a user experiencing the same issue. Its only this one users.
