Failed to add activity - IPad

SBO Version: 9.1 PL06

IOS: 8.2

SBO App Version: 1.11.1

Forum,

We have a user who is unable to add activities via their IPad. When adding new activity, meeting, call etc, it won't save the information entered. It comes up as 'failed to add activity'. This happens on both current accounts/BP's and Leads.

Has anyone ever come across this before?

This is actually documented in SAP Note: 2039466 and is fixed in 9.1 PL12

Thank you for your reply. The note refers to SAP B1 9.0 PL 12. My client is running 9.1 PL 08

Did you resolve your issue by upgrading the client?

Hi Andrea,

We didn't upgrade - SAP ended up deploying a fix within the integration framework for us on 9.0 as an upgrade to 9.1 was not feasible at the time.

Thank you Sarah. The user manage to add the activity. It seems that it was network issue
