Hello *, we plan to use sales contracts in CRM to store corresponding pricing/product Information. It could be possible for future to have an upload possibility to ERP. As I read in documentation this scenario is not possible. Is it right? What could be the reason? The creation of sales orders in CRM and an upload works fine. What is the difference. If there is definetely no way could the following idea work? Starting with a sales agreement and when neccessary to create a follow-up ERP-Quotation to send the Information to ERP? Kind regards Thomas
You may check SAP Note "724513 - Upload of CRM contracts to R/3 system" to do contract replciation.
In standard system, it is not supported as specified in Note "895772 - Sales contracts -> Loading contracts from CRM into R/3"
In addition, there might be restriction that "Mutual changing of contracts is not supported" in scenario as described in SAP Note 889051 - Scenario A: Overview and settings
Thus, you may follow note 724513 and test yoru scenario.
I would suggest not replicating contracts to R3. You may create sales orders from the contracts and replicate the sales orders to R3.
