How is unloading point specified in customer master represented in SAP TM? Is it defined by specific location type or transhipment point?

No specific location type for unloading point as such in TM. But looks like the location type 1030 (Terminal) can suffice.

There is no separate Location similar to Unloading point in SAP. It can be represented in TM as HUB (1140)
