PowerBuilder 12.5 license

Former Member

My company purchased a license of PowerBuilder 12.5.  I am moving to another computer and I tried to log into mysybase to get it figured out how to move it and it appears they have moved to SAP.  I called and they can see my company, but not any maintenance agreement.  So, the lady suggested I create a login on SAP and post a question to see if anyone knows what I can do to get the license moved to my new computer.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Thanks,
Shannon

Hi.

When your company purchased that license, it from was Sybase or SAP? Did you generated a license by yourself?

If it was Sybase and you generated the license by yourself then you need to go to https://sybase.subscribenet.com/control/sybs/login?nextURL=%2Fcontrol%2Fsybs%2Findex and you have to return the previous license and generate a new one for the new machine. Of course to login to subscribenet you also need your login & password (if you had).

If the license was generated by a reseller then I believe you will need to contact them...
