Billing Block in SO Line Item automatically removed

Hi Experts,

I'm new in SD.

We have an issue wherein a specific line item in SO was blocked by the user manually using VA02 but after some period, it was automatically unblocked, so the item was billed. When I checked on the Change log, there was no item there that specifies that the Billing block was removed. There were items that WF-BATCH removed/deleted something but did not specify the old and new values. What can be the cause of this? Are there standard scenarios where the billing block of so line items will be automatically removed?

When I checked on the Output of the SO, an IDoc was created with the Billing Number (billing the item that was unblocked.)

System would very well show the change log in VA02 via Environment > Changes and not sure, in your case, why you were unable to see the change.  Alternatively, you can also check in AUT10 which will show the change log but ensure that before executing this tcode, you maintain maximum input parameters as possible.
