Scope and Effort analysis

Hello together,

I will create a new  ' Scope and Effort analysis', but it occurs three error message and I can´t continue please see attachment

Now the questions First question is regarding error message: ST-PI Version............. what do you recommend, is it possible to install it in productiv environment, during working hours or should we do it during down time ?

Second question concerns error message: BW-Einstellungen......, we do not use BW, how should we proceed to skip this error messages and to go forward ?

You need not worry about the 2nd message as its for information only as per: 1228898 - Installation/delta upgrade of ST-PI 2008_1

1st ST-PI can be updated any time, but for production I would suggest doing on a weekend, when your system in not getting used productively.

2nd Solman itself is a BI system
