Hi,
We have a scenario whereby 10 rail wagons are rented out to the rail service provider in form of rail FO out of which one empty wagon has been returned back due to damage.Hence in this scenario we have different events to be tracked for normal rail FO process and returns process. Now for the returns process how we can link this return order to original order so that events can be reported back to returns order
Now for the returns process how we can link this return order to original order so that events can be reported back to returns order
By using the same Tracking ID in the orginal order and the return order.
But why do you create additional EH for return order and not just an Unexpected Event returns for the Original Order?
This would make things much easier.
Best regards,
Steffen
