SSO setup

Hi,

I am following the steps to setup single sign on between SAP BO and Analysis for Excel.

I have managed to generate the keystore and certificate file, but when I want to import the certificate via transaction STRUSTSSO2, the button 'Add to ACL' is greyed out. I do not see the possibility to select 'binary' as import option, but according to note 2157650 this is not an issue.

I am running a BW 7.4 SP8 system.

The certificate file is copied over from the BO server to my local workstation, where i log on to BW.

Any clue?

Hi Tom,

Probably a bit late to the party but after you import cert.der, click on the Change <-> Display button on the top left of the BW screen to activate the "Add to Certificate List" and "Add to ACL" buttons.

Cheers,

Stephen

Hi Tom,

Record a LOG file as described on the SAP note 1909644 and reproduce the issue again. Check the error message that will appears on the LOG.

Also, check the SSO connection betweet BO and Analysis for Excel and also from BO and BW. Check also SAP note 2047997 - Analysis for Office: Single-Sign-On (SSO) Main Note.

You can also attach the error message here for further help.

Thanks,
