Could not create partial delivery

Hi Experts..

Delivery quantity fields are grayed out hence I could not create partial delivery during delivery creation. Please suggest me how to make modifiable.

Hi Prabakarn,

Check your customer master sales area data. under shipping tab check partial delivery per item field. Hope this will help you.

It is already in "Blank"(Partial delivery allowed) only. But still could not create partial delivery. Moreover please suggest me that In delivery item 10 is coming with quantity 0. What could be the reason for it. How to restrict it.

In normal circumstances, system will allow you to change the delivery quantity field.  In your case, if it is not allowing, then check any exit is triggering.  You can also try with different delivery type / shipping point to see whether you face the same issue.  On your second query of zero quantity coming in delivery, please search before posting.  It has been discussed many times here.

Also have a look at the item requirement field for your delivery document type.

Which routine do u have there?

also check order to delivery copying control, item level. Make sure the routines are proper.
