Error in BBPAT03 - request user ID

Hi there!

I am trying to request for a user ID through the browser. However, the system can not find any approver when I am pressing "find". Please see attached picture.

What have I missed?

Hi Henrik,

Check the user with authority group SAP_EC_BBP_CREATEUSER.

Note : 330173 may be helpful.

Hi Henrik,

Check the authorization of Roles and respective users.

Check you have selected the approval indicator in customizing at Creat users.
