System is allowing PGI without picking

Dear All,

In case of depot to depot stock transfer system is allowing PGI without picking . I have checked all settings they seem ok.

Please help .

What SAP version are you working with? If it is 4.7, then check OSS 726659 - Incorrect item status after automatic packing

If any upper version, then provide the screen shot of the delivery document status (header/item).

The picking status reads not relevant for picking. So the material needs not be picked. What is the material type?

Hi,

I suppose you have checked the Delivery Item category rather than the Order Item category.

Could you let me know if you are using automatic batch determination ,as the picking will be done on the batch Item rather than the line item as shown below

and the system always shows Not Rel for picking on the main item

Finished product and this problem is arising only in the case of depot to depot stock transfer,

and in t plant to depot stock system is not allowing PGI without picking .
