Goods receipt not happening in EWM

Hi,

I have created the inbound delivery in ERP against Purchase order and inbound delivery successfully got distributed to EWM. On trying Goods receipt in t- code /scwm/prdi, system do not give any error but GR status is not getting updated as 'completed'.

I tried to configure basic configuration for GR but it is not happening neither system is giving any error.

can anybody suggest what setting i am missing.

i have copied st type 9010 and WPT  1010.

Hi Satish,

I have checked the status profile and it is correct. Also status profiles cannot be the issue because it is doc type dependent and w/h independent. I could able do the GR for same doc type in other W/H mapped to other ERP1 system.

I guess issue seems to be some FM/BADI which i missed activating it for this logical system of ERP2.

Hi Milind,

Can you share you PPF tab of the inbound delivery, the SLG1 log you have attached seems the one when your inbound delivery got created in EWM, thus PPF to trigger GR is not fulfilled,

Hi Petr,

I have another ERP system pointing to same EWM box and it is working fine for it. so PPF action issue is ruled out.

Note: 2 ERP system has copy of each other.

Can you check, at Delivery Item level, under Additional Quantities Tab,

If possible, an you also share the status screen shot of your inbound Delivery.

So can you check the schedule condition? If pointing to another ERP, can be party entitled different, thus not triggering PPF?

Can you cross verify your GR Setting in Interfaces at below. Is should be Immediate.

Hi Sathish,

Ive checked the Control parameters for the relevant business system. Its immediate. The problem Im facing is that the status in the ID in EWM is not getting updated when I try to do GR. All other statuses are getting updated in EWM except for the GR status. Ive also checked the status profile. But it didnt help.

Please suggest.

Can you cross Verify the Status Profile that is assigned to your document type? Verify, your status profile, whether it is relevant for GR or not?

if I understand correctly, you do not see the PPF as below for the ERP2:

Please, what is the schedule condition you are using? Can you share the screenshot from SPPFCADM on schedule condition settings?

Can you try option for creation of task and confirm the task. Check status update after this.

Check your mapping of your storage locations.

can you please check the PPF tab and post the Action log here as well? GR movement posting should be triggered by PPF.
