Rejection mail did not trggiered

Hi,

I am phasing the issue when approver rejects the Access Request, rejection notification event does not trigger and mail does not send to respected recipient. Although rejection notification event has been configured in stage

Only END_OF_REQUEST notification event triggers and GRAC_USER get the mail.

Please help me on that.

Approved notification event is working and requester gets the mail whereas requester does not get rejection mail when request got rejected.

Hello Pavan,

Have you selected Notification event for Rejected.

Have you selected Reject by Mail at stage level,if not

go to "Maintain Paths" - Modify Task Settings and check option "Reject by Mail".

if it is maintained check in SOST,the mail triggered to requester after rejecting or not

I did select the reject by mail & confirm reject on both stages & rejected event already maintained in nofication settings for both stages.

1st stage- approve/reject by GRAC_MANAGER

2nd stage- approve/reject by GRAC_SECURITY

when GRAC_SECURITY rejects the request, notification event triggers and mail goes to GRAC_REQUESTER. whereas rejection event does not trigger/mail does not goes to GRAC_REQUESTER when GRAC_MANAGER rejects the request.

Please help me on that.

Hi Pavan,

If you have maintained REJECT event at MSMP notification setting, then you should get.

Probably you check if Template Id(Document object) is correct and also Agent has valid email id maintained in SU01.

You can check in SOST if email is getting triggered or not..
