Dear Friends,

We have a scenario wherein customer would like to Invoice through SD module based on the number of Tickets resolved by an employee. for Ex employee has resolved 5 tickets in a month and it has to be billed.

A project will be created in PS module with WBS elements for Tickets and data should be flown to SD module.

Please suggest an Ideal solution for the above scenario.

with regards,

Dayanand

Hi Sandeep,

Project has an end date and Quantity of tickets are not fixed. As and when Tickets are resolved it will be billed at the end of the month.

Dear Krishna,

There are different kinds of Tickets based on the customer agreement. for ex. High/med/low risk tickets, severity 1/2/3 tickets e.t.c. will be defined by the customer which will be created as WBS elements in PS.

Hope it clarifies.

Hi,

Maintain service material with unit of measure is "AU" & Use the concept of  mile stone billing process for WBS elements in sales order.(further information check the mile stone billing process configuration for PS)

ask your PS consultant to create a WBS element(Main) with sub individual WBS elements(Tickets) with mile stone billing for tickets in CJ20N.

Assign the same WBS element(Main) in sales order item level and save it.then release the project and save it

Then based on resolved tickets the maintain actual date for each WBS sub elements(Tickets) and do the billing.

Thanks,

Krishna.
