Syclo Upload not working

hi,

When I try to upload a document in wm 6.2 smp 3.0 no document are shown from the backend in Syclo .But I am able to download the document, the problem seems to be in uploading of documents from backend to syclo wm.Help me to find a solution for this.

hey the user is authorised but the problem is that no documents are recognized from backend during uploading and while downloding the attachments are visible in wm but not stored in the mobile.

Hi Don,

Are there any errors in the logs or displayed to the user?

Also work through the attachment troubleshooting guide to see if that solves your problem

Can you please verify that the User has authorization to upload document. Try in SAP GUI. This appears to be security issue.
