REFX and MM integration

Hi Gurus,

I tried looking for REFX and MM integration,but could not get any material for reference.

I have never integrated MM with REFX this is new to me,can anyone give me best practices of procuring materials or services for REFX object.

How to book the costs,which object is to be taken into PO/contracts.

Materials Management is for the ordering of materials.

Ordering in Real Estate management

There is an interface to Real Estate Management in two areas:

• OperationUsed to portray the costs of maintaining the energy supply to properties in Real Estate management. The costs are collected for the corresponding settlement units or Real Estate objects in the operating costs and heating expenses settlement.
• RepairsUsed for the ordering of materials required for scheduled repairs. The settlement is made Plant Maintenance using the maintenance order.
