Delete lock entry for an IDOC locked since 5 days ago.

Hello,

I received some Delivery and an IDOC numbers, I was asked to release the delivery with the VKM5 T-code, and the IDOC with the BD87, However one of them was locked by user TIDAL_SCHED.

Here's the Delivery Number:

86622718

The IDOC number:

0000001073053855

Here's the message I receive when I try to release the delivery:

86622718   CSL: VPRCLNT810:SALES_DOCUMENT:0150000010 is locked by TIDAL_SCHED (VPRCLNT810-01) (lock time: 20150430141129 , reference counter: 1 )


How can I locate this exact lock entry? Is there an specific table I should look for besides the user name? So far I have obtained the following information:

Sales Order: 3000011472

Return: 0150000010

Delivery: 0086622718


As you can see the look time is April 30th 2015; whenever I look into everything TIDAL_SCHED I don't get anything referencing the Delivery and/or Sales doc or april 30th:

as per the above tables in the log we understand that there is a Material Movement transaction trying to be executed by the IDOC or delivery document ,

Hence I believe that there is a lock for a particular material ( from one of the document)  at the plant level and hence during the IDOC release or the Delivery document change there is a problem

Please check the below materials

In your post you've only mentioned the IDOC , Sales Order & delivery but there is no return delivery number mentioned.( please also look into the return delivery)



You can also check with the lock entries for 30th April on the time mentioned in the error message you received.

All the above mentioned details are just ways to pinpoint the problem,hopefully this approach helps.

Did you check in SM12 from where, you can delete the unwanted entries ?

Actually that's what I try to find out, I see several locks but none of them seem to refer to the sales doc, I don't know if there's a table that could help me find that specific lock entry.
