Query on Archiving functionality in Shopping Cart

There is the issue with archiving SRM 6.0

I have tested preprocessing of archiving of shopping carts. When I look

at the results I see the number of shopping carts that can be archived

and the number that can not be archived. These do not correspond with

the total number of shopping carts created.

I have analysed why this is the case. The total number of shopping

carts that can not be archived only include shopping carts of which

limit end period has not been reached yet. It does not include the

shopping carts which have not the correct status. Please change the

archive log to display also shopping carts not to be archived due to

incorrect status.

Any idea how to fix this bug
