Creating users in ITSM for ERP

Hi All,

We have installed SAP Solution manager 7.1 SP12 and we have configured Initial configuration, Basic configuration and Managed system configuration.

In IT service management configuration we are in roadmap step 5.1 create users and business parnter, we have executed the report AI_SDK_USER_BP_GEN and selected RFC SM_SIDCLNTXXX_READ, selected the changed date, create BP for user, create users with reference to a user.

After execution it is throwing error ">>>ERROR<<< User not created successfully USER ACTION: skip this"

Kindly suggest.

Hi All,

Thanks, with the note 2109854 i am able to create the users, but the same ERP user and password is not working in the crm_ui url.

ERP user is available in solution manager now, but the password(same password fo ERP) is not working.

Kindly let me know whether we need to reset the password or with the same password we can login.
