OTR not getting generated

Hi TM Expert ,

I am creating a SO in ECC and expecting to get a OTR in TM .

I checked SXMB_MONI and noticed that XML message has been processed successfully .

I checked even OTR type condition and found correct and OTR config is in place .

I am just wondering what could be other reason .

Last OTR generated in 2014 so just wondering is there any time related config need to be done so it gets created in 2015 as well .

what is the status of message in sxi_monitor in TM.

or may be it is stuck in PI system -> not able to find correct receiver

  Pl check and revert with OSS note 3710152 may be solve ur problem.

Note 3710152 does not exist . Please recheck and let me know correct sap note .
