Survey as KRI Data Source

Hi gurus,

I using a survey as the data source for a KRI, I plan the Risk Indicator Survey, the Risk Owner performs it and the results can be displayed in the "Show Surveys" bottom of the KRI tab of the risk.

However the value itself is not updated.

Attached you can find screenshots of both.

Any idea of what can be happening?

Dear John - Nice & Interesting use of KRI survey results. Can you confirm when you set up data source does ad-hoc query reflect results as per KRI survey data ? What is data-source values you maintained wile setting up DS & BR ?

Hi Rahul,

The survey contains 2 questions (one of them is type rating, and the other one is amount), and the KRI Template is type Number.

What can be happening?
