Trigger Risk Assessment Failed

Hi gurus,

I am using the KRIs instances inside a Risk in GRC 10.1 and if I select the option "Trigger Risk Assessment", even though it is working fine for Manual KRIs, for automatic KRI the error message is "Triggering Risk Assessment Failed". (Attached there is a picture of the error) Any idea of what can be happening?

Hello John,

Have you scheduled the report GRRM_KRI_RUNTIME as background job,this program is used to

trigger the automatic update of KRI values

check the below Notes

1805484 - Risk Management 10.0 - Automatic KRI is not working

Thanks for your message. The Automatic KRI is working fine, the point is that the Risk Assessment is not being triggered when it is required according to the selection.

Do you know how to solve it?

Dear John- I can see all data collection logs are running ok but risk is not available for edit by system. I understand system will need to auto update risk as thresholds are breached, but risk is not available for edit as same is locked. Did you execute job once risk is not locked ? Does it provide same error ? pls confirm.

Same error with the risk not locked. Any idea of what could be happening?
