CDMC Clearing Analysis Action canceled by user Issue.

Hello all,

I am working on CDMC clearing analysis, in which after importing the statistics when I am trying to execute Determine Empty Database then one dialog is coming for scheduling the job in which I selecting immediate and press ok.. then it is not proceed further and end up with the status message "ACTION CANCELLED BY USER".

I am not getting any dump but i am getting a status message "Action Canceled by user".

Kindly Assist with the solution.

Hi Sagar,

If you are on ST-PI SP 10 then , there is one SAP Note is already created for this issue and you can implement this SAP 2025522.

This is SAP Note 2025522 is also included in the SAP Collective Note 2053156.

Implement SAP Collective Note 2053156 in all the participating systems of system, you should not face any issues.
