997 inbound error in AK404

Hi All,

Attached 997(acknowledgement coming inbound from customer to SAP) is failing with error in parsing at AK404 (index out of bounds exception)

Any idea why?

Did you try converting the raw file into XML using B2B toolkit? There should be a checkbox for enabling "Log converting" which should log all the steps..

In addition, Compare the file with any other successful 997 and see if you can find any difference..

yes Hareesh. It's converting successfully in B2B Content manager

No difference found when compared with successful 997. Only this 997 fails for this specific customer
