[Agentry] MobileStatusUpdateSteplet - Request to set status failed

Hi,

We are working on Smart Service Manager 3.0.

Sometime after changing Service Order assignment status we get following error :

MobileStatusUpdateSteplet - Request to set status failed

But it disappears automatically after 2-3 delta sync.

What could be the root cause of this error and where it might be stucking?

Pritam,

You should check the events.log first to see if there is more detail around the error.  Otherwise, next steps would be to turn on / up the Java backend logs and try to capture the error to see where exactly it is occuring. If that doesn't produce helpful information you may need to get logs from SAP to investigate further.

Thanks Bill,

There was a double assignment to the same technician for particular service order in the backend CRM system causing this issue
