Work Inbox - Request don't appear

Hi Experts,

Please your help, the Work Inbox user (POC) appears empty, but the user received a message in your email indicating the request is pending to be resolved.

Hi Natalia,

track your request through Audit log, as to from whom the same is pending.provide the screenshot of Audit log. you can also see the GRFNMW_DBG_MONITOR to see the approver.

could you validate the POC agent rule id, to see how the same is linked to approversi. ethrough GRC API /PFCG role/...

Please tell me it's GRFNMW_DBG_MONITOR, is a transaction? the run in this way and not working on my GRC system.

If you need more information, please tell me now.

It's importan to clarify that in DEV and PRD the configuration is exactly the same, but one is failing in PRD
