Hi Anuj,
First check in XI SMICM -> shift+f5 then scroll down to know more about your issue. It could be hard to trace/read, but to be sure if it is really your message, I suggest that you restart the message in sxi_monitor and then immediately look at the ICM log.
A common cause of this issue is that the HTTP service is not activated in the target system. You can also verify this via logging into the target system, SMICM -> shift+f1 and then look for the green check sign of the HTTP protocol under the Actv column.
