Run-time error4605 using Smartforms

Hi all,

I get the following error when the WORDeditor is open using Smartforms:

Does anybody know what is needed to avoid this error?

Hi Mar,

What versions of MS Office and SAPGUI do you have installed, and are they patched up to the latest patches? Also, have you tried using the old graphical editor instead of MS Word?

Hi Matt,

I have the SAP GUI 7.30, SAP_BASIS 740, SAPKB74007. The MS Office version is 2010

As far as I know, the WORD editor is the standard one for the new release.

Please check that you are using a 32bit version of Word.

If this is already the case, check the add-in status which could be causing this....
