Https Connection in SM59

Hello ,

Target team have shared the https url with user id and password, how do i configure this in SM59 type G connection.

As per my understanding by default our system cannot create https connection, so we have to import their certificate then do it as a http connection.

So please suggest.

Hi Manigandan,

You need to import the certificates in using tcode STRUST.

After importing the certs, specify in your type G destination the SSL folder where you installed the certs. Take note that an ICM restart will also be needed for the certificates to take effect.

Why don't you use SOAP Adapter and import the certs in NWA instead?
