CRM TAO DropdownListBox

Hello

I am trying to work on the following COMPONENTS: "Ref Pg 133 of Default Component Library SP2 and above"

1. Controls\DropdownListBox\SelectItem

2. Controls\DropdownListBox\SelectKey

None of this can actually select the object from the dropdown listbox. But execution says the component passed successfully.

Please let me know if anyone has worked on these controls

Hello,

For this type of problem you should open an incident and reach the primary support.

They will then ask you to use the latest version of SAP TAO which is right now SAP TAO 3.0 SP5.

Then they should ask the version of Internet Explorer used on your side. IE 10 is right now the one SAP TAO supports the best.

Finally they will ask you the version of SAP CRM and more specifically the version of the WebCUIF layer responsible for generating the HTML content displayed in the browser.

Based on this information they may have an idea of what could be the root cause of the problem.
