SAP FIORI Approve Shopping Cart - Approve not Working if Item Details are accessed

Hi All,

We have deployed approve shopping cart FIORI application in our system recently. When we try to approve the shopping cart without accessing the Item details then the shopping cart gets approved without any issue but when we access the item details in the shopping cart and go back to the initial screen to approve the shopping cart we are getting the below error message.Can anyone please help us on the issue.

System Alias 'TS1_SRMTS1_SRM' not assigned to user 'XXXXXX' and service 'ZCARTAPPROVAL_0002'

Hi Bharathi,

Most probably your system alias configuration must be wrong.

Kindly show system alias in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE, selecting approve shopping cart service.
