What is the Major Difference Between Workday & Success Factor ?

Why most of the Clients choosing Success Factor rather than Workday ?

if any body having Success Factor Training Material kindly share me else guide me to get training in SF

Hi Shaik,

They are both different HCM suites offered by different vendors. SuccessFactors has strong globalization features and packaged integrations with SAP and 3rd party systems. Workday has a more attractive and cuddly UI.... at the moment.
