Hi Dmitry,

Have you performed the restore of the system by using the database backup after applying the patches.

Can you please explain the issue in details.

Hello Ashutosh,

Yes, I have performed the restore of the system by using the database backup.

The system info display old version of component, for example ADSSAP 7.02 SP15

and if i want to upgrade throw SUM I see this information: ADSSAP 7.02.16.

Hi Dmitriy,

Follow the below steps

1. check the table BC_COMPVERS from database level. It will hold the information about the software components.

2. Now resync the software component information from the database with the SDM

    - Stop the SDM Server

    -sdm.sh systemcomponentstate "mode=sync" (if linux)

                  or

    - sdm.bat systemcomponentstate "mode=sync"(If windows)

Stop the SUM tool and Restart it from begining.

Java SPs and patches are not held within the DB like the ABAP SPs and patches.  You would also need to restore the app server if you are looking to rollback Java components.  I assume the DB does hold some values of the SPs for Java, but there are many file level objects on the app server to keep in mind that were updated.
