Configuring C-folder Notification in SRM UWL Portal

Please guide me to configure the Cfolder notification in SRM UWL Portal.

Hi Vinita,

We are implementing C Folder along with SAP SRM . On Subscribe ,for each and every change in the subscribed folder notifications are generating and can be seen in the reeceived notification folder.

But we need the notification to be sent to Email. This is not happening.  SRM and C Folder are in same client. SAP SRM mails are working well.

Please help us.

Hi Navdeep

The first per-requisite to fulfill your requirement would be to enable e-mails for c-Folders by setting up SMTP service,domain definition,email server creation which means all SCOT related setting are to be in place .. and the user in question to have the email address maintained in SU01D ..

Then on,log into your cFolders application and navigate to Settings > Notifications > Receieve notification as e-mail > Daily > Save.Also, ensure that you have Activated 'Summary E-mails' in Network Admin > Notifications.Further,ensure that you have checked the 'Subscribe' field for objects for which you wish to notify users via email .
