I have stucked up Updating RG23D in J1IJ transaction
Give details like error message number and also the scenario. Have you done J1IG for the particular material during receipt into Depot.

Moved from SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) to Internationalization and Unicode. Post all your CIN related queries here. Coming to your issue, it is not sufficient to understand as to why, system is popping up that message. You have to explain your Depot settings and what are the steps you followed for updating the register.
