No memory available for 9632 bytes in the shared object memory

hello members,

when i am trying to run the webdynpro application after entering credentials i am getting below error

'No memory available for 9632 bytes in the shared object memory'.

please let me know how to overcome this.

HI Rama,

Normally I overcome the problem by going to tcode SHMM and selecting the shared memory area for web dynpro( the memory area name contains WD so you can easily understand ) and then delete it. Then if you run your application again, you will not get the error anymore. You will also get this hint from the dump in ST22 as well.

i am new to webdynpro so i tried to do the same as you said and i got confused in selecting the area in shmm.now it is working fine.
